Megan Melich. Loan Portfolio Manager
Megan was born in Portland Oregon and was raised in Louisville Colorado since she was 5 years old. She started working with Preferred Lending Partners as an intern in 2003, and became a full time employee after she graduated in June of 2004 from the University of Oregon with a BA in Art History.
Megan manages to service our $100MM+ portfolio. Megan works on complex servicing requests, general loan maintenance, liquidations and day to day portfolio management. Megan has quickly become one of the top portfolio managers within our industry that she mentors other CDC's across the country. Megan has authored a number of documents that SBA has adopted for national use. She has led the NADCO Annual Meeting Agenda Committee for the staff sector. She also sits on the NADCO servicing user committee.
When she is away from the office enjoying time off, she enjoys snowboarding, camping and time with family and friends.
