John Goldschmidt. Chief Operating Officer
As the manager of Preferred Lending’s day-to-day operations, John’s areas of responsibility include sales, marketing, finances, forecasting and project management. In addition to his strong commitment to customer satisfaction, John brings over 15 years of commercial/residential construction and financial experience as a project manager for the largest developer in the United States.
John serves on National Association of Development Companies (NADCO) trade association committees. He is the lead manager when any kind of SBA or independent financial audit is being conducted. His leadership has awarded Preferred Lending designation as "one of the finest CDC's" in the nation!
John strives to challenge himself in a multitude of ways through education, athletics and as a husband and father. A proud military veteran and native Coloradan, he enjoys golf, and worldly adventures.
John holds a Master's in Management from Tourro University of New York.
