Shawnté Longmire. Loan Processing Agent
Shawnté was born in Pueblo, Colorado but spent a majority of her life in Littleton, CO. She started with Preferred Lending Partners in October 2007 hired to do bookkeeping. Since then she has become an active part of loan application processing. Shawnté works closely with our borrowers collecting documents necessary for SBA approval providing excellent customer service, there fore simplifying the loan process for SBA borrowers and bank partners alike. She then prepares all loan packages to submit to SBA to obtain formal SBA Approval and Authorization. Shawnté is also responsible for keeping our borrowers and records current in relationship to insurances.
Shawnté spends the majority of her free time with her husband Rob and their 3 sons Kyle, AJ and Gavin. She is an enthusiastic soccer mom who loves watching her boys play soccer and is amazed with how fast they grow! Other hobbies include listening to live music, spending time with friends and collecting Marilyn Merlot bottles, just to name a few.
