 Laura Farley. Credit Analyst
Laura Farley was born in the small town of Hubbard, IA, and went to the University of Iowa where she graduated with a B.B.A. in Marketing in 2000. She started with Preferred Lending Partners in Feb. of 2004, focusing on underwriting and becoming an expert on SBA loan policies.
Laura's in charge of credit analysis and all of those functions related to credit due diligence. Laura spends close to 100% of her time underwriting. She also assists in credit related servicing actions.
Laura also has been cross trained to do Megan's job when she is needed. Laura is active with CAGGL and assists the Executive Director when she needs an extra hand. She also has taken a course related specifically to cash flow and other components of next level underwriting skills in addition to Advanced Credit Analysis and Advanced Servicing classes offered by NADCO.
Now that Laura is an official SBA 504 loan expert and isn't staying up until midnight studying SBA loan procedures and policies, she has been able to focus her attention on the latest additions to her family, her daughters, Madigan and El, who consume the majority of her time outside of work.
But Laura does find time to motivate the team in group workouts, healthy eating and PLP relay marathon, The Denver Marathon. Good job Laura!
